Costa Rica Flora

So you’ve seen the critters from Costa Rica, now it’s time for the flowers!  All of these shots were taken on the same morning after walking Bret to the dive boat.  It seemed like every time I took my camera out it was just a little too breezy to get a good clear macro shot, but this particular morning it was nice and calm!

I’ll admit I did do a bit of post processing on these, darkening up the backgrounds to get the colors to really pop, but hopefully you won’t notice 😉  Also, I guessed at the names of some of the flowers, I did a little bit of research but I’m no botanist!
